Platform Terms and Conditions of Use cm8ply

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform cm8ply — including the website, mobile app, and all provided services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to immediately cease using the cm8ply platform and close your account if applicable. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms and conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

Platform Usage cm8ply is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. cm8ply does not permit participation in any form by those who have not reached the stipulated age. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time, and any account found to be held by an underage individual will be closed immediately with all remaining funds frozen pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at cm8ply. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different personal information, different IP addresses, or any other method, are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration. Details provided — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank account information — must match valid identification documents. cm8ply reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

2.4 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and all account login details confidential. cm8ply will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Cm8ply accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfer, e-wallets, and other methods available on the platform. All deposits are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and account level. Current limits can be viewed directly in the deposit section of the cm8ply platform. cm8ply reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the cm8ply platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion performed by third-party financial institutions is beyond cm8ply's control, and any resulting charges are the user's responsibility.

3.4 Crime-Free Funds

You hereby declare that all funds deposited into your cm8ply account are free from any illegal or criminal activity. cm8ply is obligated to report any suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.

• Deposits may only be made by the verified account holder.
• Cm8ply does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Any deposit suspected of fraud will be blocked and investigated.
• Deposit processing times vary by selected payment method.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Fund withdrawals will only be processed to bank account in the same registered name matching the registered name on your cm8ply account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the security of your funds and prevent fraudulent activity.

4.2 Identity Verification

Cm8ply reserves the right to require full identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. This process may require a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

4.3 Processing Time

Cm8ply aims to process approved withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. However, actual timing depends on the chosen withdrawal method and the receiving financial institution's policies. Withdrawals requiring further review may take up to 24 business hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits may be increased through a higher-tier account verification process. Check the withdrawal section of the platform to view the current limits applicable to your account.

5.1 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses awarded by cm8ply — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each respective promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.2 One Bonus Per User

Each promotion or bonus may only be claimed once per eligible user, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms. cm8ply reserves the right to void any bonus claimed fraudulently or through methods that violate the promotion conditions.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

5.4 cm8ply's Rights

Cm8ply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or rewards programme at any time. cm8ply also reserves the right to decline, void, or withdraw any bonus where there are signs of abuse, fraud, or attempts to exploit the system.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one active account per household / IP address / device is permitted for bonus claims.
• Cm8ply reserves the right to request proof of eligibility before approving any bonus.

6.1 Final Results

All game results displayed by the cm8ply system are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is shown on the user's screen and the cm8ply server records, the server records shall serve as the authoritative source. All game rounds and sports bets are recorded electronically and can be reviewed by users via their account history.

6.2 Technical Malfunction

Cm8ply is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures, power outages, or technical issues beyond the platform's control. In cases where a technical fault occurs during an active game, cm8ply reserves the right to void or refund the relevant wager at management's discretion.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. cm8ply reserves the right to void or adjust wagers in the event of a significant pricing error, inaccurate event information, or force majeure. Detailed rules for each sport are available on the Betting.

6.4 Fair Play

All casino games on the cm8ply platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been audited and certified by independent bodies to ensure the fairness and integrity of game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the respective game information.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cm8ply platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to exploit games or bonus systems.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent limits.
• Providing false personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the cm8ply technical infrastructure.
• Selling, transferring, or lending a cm8ply account to another party.
• Using a cm8ply account for commercial purposes or as an agent without written authorisation.

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your cm8ply account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and applicable bonus conditions.

8.2 Closure by cm8ply

Cm8ply reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasons deemed necessary by management. In such cases, cm8ply will conduct an internal investigation and reserves the right to withhold funds until the investigation is concluded.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from playing may use the self-exclusion feature available on the cm8ply platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the stipulated period. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming.

The cm8ply platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. cm8ply does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or will meet all user requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cm8ply shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from the failure of third parties, including payment providers.
• Any damage or loss arising from the use of the user's own device or internet connection.

Cm8ply's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual account balance held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

10.1 Right to Amend

Cm8ply reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication of the latest version on the cm8ply website. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or email; however, it remains the user's responsibility to review the current terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cm8ply platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under rules set by cm8ply management. Users agree to use cm8ply customer support channels as the first step in any dispute.

10.4 Official Language

These terms and conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. Any translation provided is for convenience only and carries no equivalent legal authority. In the event of a conflict, the Bahasa Melayu text shall supersede all other versions.
